The Sea Scavenger Conservancy's mission is to rid the oceans of plastic
pollution and thereby support the health of marine ecosystems and people.
We will create opportunities for individuals and diverse organizations to work
together in the cleanup effort and to further prevent and reduce this form
of pollution.
To achieve this goal, we will establish ongoing cleanup operations in the
remote ocean gyres where great concentrations of plastic are accumulating.
We will develop new technologies for plastic extraction and seek
innovative uses for recycled ocean plastics.
